Visitor Policy

A student's family members and guests are always welcome to show support of the student's education by participating in group activities through ETC. Prospective members are allowed to attend most ETC activities at the invitation of a current member.  All visitors must check in with a member of leadership upon arrival and sign the "Visitor Log", which includes the standard liability waiver. Visitors must wear a "Guest" name badge and be accompanied by a member of ETC while in attendance.  Prospective members are allowed to visit twice during any school year before joining.
